Six Sigma is a defined and disciplined business methodology to increase customer satisfaction and profitability by streamlining operations, improving quality and eliminating defects in every organization-wide process. The six areas of Six Sigma are: business strategy, vision, benchmark, goal, statistical measure and robust methodology. This program culminates in students earning a Green Belt certification from WrightNow Solutions, and this identifies the certificate holder as a specialist that supports project teams on problem-solving tasks.

The Six Sigma Belts follow an order of responsibility to the project and how much knowledge they have:
• Six Sigma White Belt is the most basic certification. They engage with local teams that assist projects and are not directly involved.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt holders are specialists that support project teams on problem-solving tasks in the project.
• Six Sigma Black Belt holders lead problem-solving projects. Trains and coaches project teams.
